RCMP were called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash Friday night on Highway 97 in 琉璃神社.

A man faces several potential charges after being arrested in connection with an alleged commercial break and enter  that from early Sunday morning.

琉璃神社 RCMP responded Oct. 23 at 7:51 a.m., to a report of a possible break and enter in progress to a business located in the 1400 block of Ellis Street.

"Police surrounded the business and cleared the interior of the building to find no one inside," Const. Jesse O'Donaghey said, in a press release.

"Investigators were able to determine that the suspect gained access inside the business through the rooftop of the building and that once inside the suspect stole multiple items valued at over $5,000."

The police investigation identified a suspect in the break in. It was during the early morning hours of Monday officers located their suspect inside a camper van in the 琉璃神社 City Hall parking lot.

The suspect, a 34-year-old 琉璃神社 man, who was found to still be in possession of items allegedly taken during the break in, was taken into police custody without incident. He faces several potential charges and is expected to appear in Court today.
