Multiple marked and non-marked RCMP vehicles were seen speeding down Highway 97 from Lake Country to 琉璃神社 at about 2 p.m.
According to several witnesses the vehicles travelled down Rutland Road at a high rate of speed, before turning up Highway 33.
Reports indicate anywhere from 10 to 16 RCMP vehicles were travelling together past Joe Rich.
An emergency response vehicle was also seen driving on Highway 33 past Joe Rich.
